Sathvik is the Principal Director within Accenture Industry X. He leads Engineering & Manufacturing practice in Southeast Asia. With more than 18 years of experience across large-scale transformation involving the Internet Of Things (IoT), Digital Twins, Industrial AI, Architecture Modernization, IT-OT Integration and Technology Advisory. Sathvik specializes in identifying and deriving significant business outcomes that could be achieved by integrating Digital Solutions with the customer's business processes and then guiding them through the value realization journey.

Sathvik architected and delivered transformative digital solutions across asset intensive Industries such as Utilities, Mining, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, Transportation, Telecom, Construction & Engineering across Southeast Asia, Australia, India, Japan, and Europe. He has completed 25+ IoT & AI-enabled Digitalization engagements with large organizations across Asset Heavy Industries. Engagements include Smart Cities and Estates, Connected Transportation and Logistics, Connected Products, Connected Mine, Smart Manufacturing, and Smart Utilities.

Sathvik brings the right blend of hands-on experience, thought leadership, and strategic thinking to provide a pragmatic approach towards driving Digital Transformation within traditional Industries through Technology-Business Integration. He has been a trusted advisor to CxOs, starting from shaping strategy to implementation to the operationalization of Digital Solutions at the intersection of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) by creating a Digital Twin of assets and operations.

Having worked across Product Development & Engineering, Product Management(Deep-tech XaaS), Technology Strategy, System Integration, and Consulting, he has acquired significant in-depth experience in communication protocols, Intelligent Edge, Digital Twins, Sensors, OT data acquisition & management, analytics, AI, and cloud-based PaaS solutions.

He applies Agile, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking principles and methodologies to understand the customer's problems swiftly, get to the root cause, and then produce unique, economically viable solutions.

Sathvik serves on the Executive Leadership Council of the Singapore Industrial Automation Association and leads the International Advisory Committee of IoTAsia+ and AI Asia Expo.

In the past, he has co-founded an IIoT Start-up and worked in UST, Hitachi, SingTel, Tritech Engineering, and Siemens.
