Dr. Adipat Chaichanasakul
At True Digital Group, Dr. Andy is responsible for managing and expanding current businesses towards Preventive and Digital Health (True HEALTH). This will create an ecosystem that would enable people to have better health and well-being. He strongly believes that Healthcare is a fundamental human right and that technology along with the right collaboration can bring about positive changes to our society.
Previously, Dr. Andy managed HR Center of Excellence across True Group, True Digital Group, Thana Telecom, Ascend Group, and CP Medical Center with an aim to innovate and continuously improve people practices, and employee experiences, and ultimately achieve business results through People. He also manages projects related to Digital Transformation along with other strategic projects across CP Group (e.g., One Young World by CPG, CP Scholarship).
Prior joining to True Group, Dr. Andy served as a consultant in the areas related Human Capital Management at Aon Hewitt and Deloitte. Some of the organizations he had served include PTT, KBank, SCG, BCP, AIA, PTTEP, BDMS, CPALL, CPF, EGAT, TriPetch, IMPACT, Siam Piwat, Tata Steel, Banpu, Toyota, NSTDA, Bumrungrad, and a few others.
In the academic fields, Dr. Andy had served as a professional lecturer and advisor at Thammasat University, Assumption University, and University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Andy completed his pre-doctoral certification at Stanford University and received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, USA. Additionally, he received a Bachelor of Art (B.A.) in Psychology from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, USA.
After completing his Ph.D., he had worked as a therapist/consultant at Stanford University serving clients in the Silicon Valley prior to his return to Thailand. Throughout his career, he has been applying psychological principles in the work that he does, while developing international exposure in different aspects such as digital and preventive health, organization effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, psychological assessment tools, and a few others. In his free time, he also provides pro bono psychological consultation to individuals in distress as a way to give back to society and nourish his passion for helping the profession.
