Alex is a firm believer in wellness being the cornerstone of life, and his compass is guided by the desire to help people. He also helms the CEO post of Actxa Wellness, a subsidiary of Actxa. Actxa Wellness is Southeast Asia's first fully integrated corporate wellness solution, founded in 2021. Alex believes that by harnessing the power of AI/ML, and investing resources into learning and building, we can unlock fruitful digital wellness solutions to better the lives of individuals and the larger communities. Alex oversees the Digital Wellness Solution unit by designing and curating evidence-based health and wellness programs for corporations and large communities. Previously a professional athlete, Alex has taken on multiple roles as an entrepreneur, consultant and trainer in the wellness and coaching spaces over the years.
